School Based Restorative Justice Workshop

This workshop is aimed  school based staff (teachers, deans, social workers and administrators) to get insights and tools as peer mediators in facilitating Tier 2, one-on-one, small group and whole class conflict resolution mediations and interventions stemming from systemic issues such as racism, homophobia, ableism, xenophobia, classism and more.

Participants learn the differences between conflict, harm and violence, as they work collaboratively with deans, teachers, counselor and families in the peacemaking process.
