FUNDSGIVING 2025
On Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, we held our first-ever FUNDS-giving, raising $5,016, engaging 17 new monthly donors, and—most importantly—celebrating together in the intergenerational, multiracial, gender-expansive, and class/disability-conscious community we are building.
As we move into a season often centered around “Thanksgiving,” we invite you to pause, reflect, and explore more truthful truths about this upcoming day. We ground ourselves in the Indigenous counter-narratives of “Thankstaking”and “Truthgiving,” acknowledging the violence of ongoing colonization—the theft of land, culture, and people—and the need to redirect funds toward local Indigenous organizations doing vital justice work in our communities.
